LLOYED AC NOT COOLING DUE TO FAULT OF POOR TECHNICIAN

SIR I HAVE PURCHASED A AC FROM RAINBOW WORLD BILL NO 18,DT-16 APR 2011 AFTER INSTALLATION THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR FOR 4 TIMES DUE TO COOLING COMPLAIN /2 TIMES FOR CHANGE OF WIRE / 2 TIMES FOR CHANGE OF STABILIZER/3 TIME FOR PROPER INSTALLATION / 1 TIME ENGRVISIT AFTER MY COMPLAIN TO HIGER AUTHORITY MR AK DHIR /AT THE 1ST YEAR COOLING AFTER 1/2 HOUR / 2ND YEAR 3/4 HOURS/RECENT YEAR NOT COOLING .WHEN THIS YEAR I HAD CLLED A MECHANICS FRO OUT SIDE ,HE SAYS DUE TO PROPER INSTALLATION ,LOOSE NUT,BOLTS (NOT TIGHTEN PROPERLY OF NOT BOLT ) HE AC GAS HAS BEEN LIKED OUT .WHEN I ASKED MR AK DHIR ( GM OF LLOYED ) HE SAYS ITIS NOT OUR DUTY TO SENT A GOOD TECHNICIAN / ITS THE DUTY OF DEALER SO YOU ASK TO DEALER .MY QUESTION BEFORE TWO YEAR ALREADY I HAVE COMPLAINED TO MR DHIR WHY THEY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM INSTED OF ACTION THEY SAVE THERE DEALER, MECHANICS
THERE COMPANY NOW DUE TO THERE MISTAKES WHY I WILL SUFFER ? KINDLY SO ME THE PATH TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY .
