Linksys service not provided after 1 year warranty.

I purchased a Linksys(Cisco) E4200 wireless router in June 2011 for 10000 Rs with bill and warranty. Now after 1 year and 2 months the product isn’t working and the company is not ready to replace nor repair the product. I call their helpline 1800419889 and they ask me be to buy a new product.
