Name of company/service: BSNL
Internet (bsnl broadband) keeps disconnecting.
Complained to the concerned person, Mr. NIKHIL (020-26834400) person incharge of internet issues BSNL Kondhwa Exchange.
No action from his side regarding the issue even after calling him for consecutive 3 days.
Later I had to go to BSNL office to file a complaint.
They told that there is problem with the BSNL line linked to my telephone and they will it change it the next day.
Line was not changed the next day. I kept calling for 2 days but no response.
Internet Disconnected 3 times while writing this complaint.
It has been 2 weeks but the problem is not taken care of.
