We are regular customers of LG products (AC’s & Appliances), but for a particular split AC bought on 13th April’2011, we have been regularly facing issues as mentioned below:
1) SplitAC model no. LSN5ER5N bought on 13th April’2011 vide invoice no. NORI-00210 from Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd.
2) Gas recharging done on 3rd Sept’2012 vide invoice no. 5872.
3) Along the same time, the front swing panel stopped working which was deemed as unrepairable by your service team on 3rd Sept’2012.
4) Gas recharging done on 5th June’2013 vide invoice no. 6753.
5) Upon the AC not working, a complaint was registered following which the Cooling coil and Valve were changed on 25th July’2013.
6) The same night, the AC again stopped working following which the service engineer was called upon directly by us who upon visiting our residence on 26th July told us the condenser was to be changed.
7) Till date the condenser has not been replaced in fact of us calling him everyday by giving an excuse that it is not available, here I would like to especially mention that the attitude of the service engineer has also been very poor.
8) Yesterday night, we have registered a complaint on your toll number, complaint number is RNA130730096398.
My submission in this regard is that is it deemed to assume that the product has a shelf value of only 2 years and when the cooling coil and valve were being changed how come the engineer did not come to know that the condenser is also not working or whether there was actually a need to replace the cooling coil and valve if the condenser was not working.
Also you can check by my registered mobile no. 9810100164 that I am a regular customer of LG products, just 3days back I have bought an LG microwave, hence would expect a better service and experience.
