I buy a new LG Regierator (Make-LG, Model-GL 195 NLY) on 31.03.2012 from Shri Shri Sales, Adipur wide challan no. 1733.
On 20.05.2012 suddenly fridge dead, I call the dealer, dealer said lodge complain to service center. I lodged the complain on service center wide complain no. RNA120521014165 but further reminders complain attend on 25.05.2012& resolve it.
On 24.06.2012 again problem create in refrigerator, i call the dealers & again lodge the complain wide complain no. 10362018852 but till today no response from their sides.
If the very frequently problem came in new refrigerator what is the situation us.
Kindly sincerly look into this matter & resolve the diffculties which I have suffer.
