LG Refrigerator Giving Problem Since Its First Use..Very Poor Quality Servicing

I Have Been Facing Problem With My Refrigerator Since I Am Using It.Everytime I Face A Problem They Tell Us Some Parts Needs To Be Changed And Take More Than A Month To Change It, Quoting The Part Is Not Available Etc Etc.
If I Have To Face A Problem With A Product So Costly Since Its First Use..Then What Is The Use Of Buying Such A Costly Product From Such A Renowned Brand…
I Want Immediate Action And Help From You All…Feeling Helpless…All My Foods Are Getting Spoilt….It’s Not Even Cooling In -21° C.I Can’t Deal With This Regular Problem..I Want A Replacement.
