<p><b>Location/place</b>: ahmedabad </p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: croma </p>We have purchased LG microwave from croma ahmedabad and paid for extended warrenty of two years . The machine was making noise ,.so I complained regarding the same ,they checked and took the machine , on very first day they told that issue is with transformer , its being a month the part is.not made available and machine is with service center . Only assurances are given on my followup calls , no updates are given from their end . One of the service center executive said , that we are testing your machine ,.it works on one day and does.not on.second day . I am not satisfied with the services , kindly guide how can I take my complain ahead .
