I HAD PROBLEM WITH MY TV ( 47″ LD 650 ) , THE TV WAS SWITCHING ON AND OFF AUTOMATICALLY , I COMPLAINED WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE SERVICE PERSON VISITED MY PLACE AND HE CHECKED THE TV AND TOLD THAT THE MAIN BOARD HAS PROBLEMS AND HAS TO BE REPLACED AND I TOLD HIM TO DO SOO , AFTER ABOUT 20 DAYS OF FOLLOW UP AND CALLING SEVERAL TIME HE SAID THAT PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE AND FINALLY HE CAME WITH THE PART AND REPLACED THE SAME . AFTER ONE DAY THE SAME PROBLEM STARTED AGAIN THE TV WAS SWITCHING ON AND OFF AUTOMATICALLY , NOW WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE PERSON HE SAID THAT THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD SEEMS TO HAVE A BROBLEM SO PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO CUST CARE , NOW AFTER 10 DAYS AFTER COMPLAING HE IS STILL TELLING THAT NO SPARE PART AVAILABLE , I DID NOT EXCPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM LG , FINALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO REPLACE MY TV AFTER IT IS REPAIRED , HOPE THAT MY TV WILL BE REPAIRED SOON
