LG – Fridge Replacement wit a new one

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: LG Electronics

I have purchased a fridge on 19th April 2012 Model No. GL-408YEQG5. FVBZ Paid Rs. 34,000/-
1. I registered my First Complaint on the 21st October 2012 vide complaint No. RNA121021081862
2. I registered my Second Complaint on the 23rd October 2012 vide Complaint No. RNA121023037659
3. I registered my 3dr Complaint on the 21st June 2013 vide complaint No. RNA 130621036619
Some 5 – 6 Engineers have visited my my house and the same complaint is persisting
I had sent a mail all concerned persons of LG on the 21st June 2013 after one of the Engineers confirmed to me that the equipment is a defective piece and there would be problems after 6 to 7 months.
I had give a notice of clear 7 days on 24th October 2013 for Immediate replacement of the Fridge but I did not get any response from LG Company.
