We have purchased LG Washing Machine Model: WF – T7519PR on 7th June 2014 from CROMA Stores branch in Bhayander-West, Thane – 401101 Maharashtra. The Delivery done on 8th June 2014. From the day itself when we check, its not working. When water comes in from inlet pipe it immediately goes out from Outlet pipes without spinning it. When we call LG customer care they send the executives to check and the person told that one part is Damaged and needs to change that particular part inside the Machine. They have send me FAULTY Product. I told them repairing the part should not be done as i have purchased the New product and paid the whole money so they should give me replacement of whole product because damaged has been done from their side. I called many times and they were not ready to do Replacement. Even we contact Croma Stores and explain them, they are telling that they have send a Email to LG Services but have not get any respond. Now its 2 week and still they have not done anything for this issue. The following are the Details:
