I have lodged a complaint with LG’s customer service on the 23rd July 2012 and my complaint no. is RNA120723039517. The refrigerator is still warranty and as per terms and conditions, LG is bound to replace the item with a new one. On 13th Aug, LG’s engineer visits my place and declares that there is condenser leak and LG will have to replace it with a new one. Till date the company is very reluctant to reply to my emails and no body had so far given me a positive feedback. I live with my wife and a 5 year old child in a place like Kolkata where temperatures are at extreme. In such a condition, I have been staying without a refrigerator for almost a month now and no one has bothered to do anything.
