my issue is pending since last 2 months, its not my fault if the material is not available with LG for replacement. When I purchased LCD cost was 85000/- I have enrolled for 3 Years extended warranty for which I paid 15000/- additional. Now when it has an actual problem you people wont have the materials to replace the same.
So overall its 1 lac I spent on LG 3D TV is not a small amount, where you people are calculating the depreciations. For me its a high investment on LCD which could not sustain for 3 years also.
I logged the following request:
1. RNA150323060360 Dated : 23/03/15 -> Closed without my consent
2. RNA150507030409 Dated : 07/05/15 -> This also been closed without my consent, when i tried calling customer care on 19/05/15, they said its been closed. I forced them to reopen the same.
3. On 26/05/2015 – Reached customer care they straight way denied any request in my name. Then I given them the support request no. RNA150507030409 to search and LG support said the ticket has been closed from Service center for parts not available.
4. Later LG support asked my to contact Sarika Bhosale – who is heading customer for Pune. She never responded to any of my calls.
5. Once again customer support provided alternate no of Mr. Balaji LG Customer head.
6. When I reached him I have been redirected to Mr. Surender Kashid for further negotiation. They want me to get settle with 40000/-.
Since last 2 month it was so pain full to get connect to right person for support and resolution. None of them are capable of taking the call and provide with the solution.
I would require the similar model to be replaced (or) else refund the entire cost (or) else replace the LCD with same cost.
