I have purchased LG Cinema3D LED MONITOR 23″ on 3 December 2012 from that day. I have the problem of Electic Shock through the input source of the product. I have complained against the problem into the company on 11 december 2012 complaint no is RNA 121211000869. Company Technicions cheked and verified the problem. They talled that they will replace the product within 48 Hrs. I have called somany times in to tha company but there in no responds from the cvompany side. the problem not resolved
