LESS WEIGHTS OF DOMESTIC LPG CYLINDERS

My father is a consumer of Indane Gas, having Consumer No.: 9186, from Berhampore Indane distributor. We noticed from far ago that we received less weighted LPG cylinder, which weights around 28-28.2 kg, 2 kg less than the actual weight.
Actual weight is: 16 kg(empty cylinder weight printed on cylinder) + 14.2 kg(gas)=30.2 kg.
This is a common problem for the peoples around us who have their connection with the same distributor.
Please pay some attention on our complain, and take some proper action regarding for that.
