Less weight in a sealed packet

I purchased a 200 gms Haldirams Panjabi Tadka for Rs 40/- bearing Batch No. C 311,packed on March 2012 and best before 15/09/2012, On weighing the packet weighed 125 gms. It is a fraud being played by the Company on gullible customers who buy the Branded product on face value.
The Company should be severely penalised for committing unlawful activity under the Weights and measurement Act,and Consumer Forum
