Less payment against filed TDR

Dear Sir, My name is Rajiv garg and my irctc id rajiv2785, i was planned my travel thru train no. 12137, but train was late by more than 10 hours, then i filled my TDR for money refund. I got only 93 rupess against ticket price of 188 rs. Is it fare? so please help me to refund reasonable amount. Other details are –
