1. This is Abhijeet kumar, Software Engineer. I used the services of LEO Homes Relocations Packers & Movers to transport my household luggage from Hyderabad (A.P.) TO Bangalore(karnataka).

3. The luggage had packed and moved on 27/10/2013 from Hyderabad. They inform me that, luggage will receive on 29/10/2013 to Bangalore.But till now(12/11/2013) I didn’t get the luggage.
4. while his first visit of my home(Hyderabad), he gave the estimation cost of my luggage as Rs.7500/-.After packing the luggage on 27/10/2013, he charged me more than the estimation. i.e Rs.12,485/-.At the spot I had paid the full amount what he charged(Rs.12,485/-).
5. They doesn’t gave the insurance list, but they charged for insurance also.
6. When I try to reach him with phone(9000008401), not picking the call from my number(9035169886).when I tried to the same number with my friend’s number, he lift the call.
7. Then he ask me to pay extra Rs.1500/- on 10/11/13, to deliver the luggage.
So, Kindly help me what to do on this.
