I placed an order for Progressive Transitions lens from www.lenskart.com on Aug. 26. However, I did not receive Transition lens. When I called the optometrist (who initially took my eye power) for help, he did not care to assist me. He said that he will call back in two days, and never did. The fellow’s tone was very unfriendly.
I eventually had to return it, asking for refund. And the refund was promptly made. No issues there.
The real issue is with the dispensing of the Progressive lens. I only learned later that Segment Height is needed for issuing Progressive lens. And obviously, that would differ from person to person. However, the company did not measure the Segment Height for me, but happily sent me the Progressive lens. I now wonder how the heck these con men managed to do that. So, that is a good indicator that Lenskart is a fraudulent online frame-selling crap of a company. So, everyone that has received Progressive lens from Lenskart are going to have their messed up for sure. Happily, I returned the crap.
And when I wrote them about this, they emailed me that they did send me the Progressive lens with segment measurement. How can they have some measurement when no one took the measureemnt!! Obviously, this measurement is purely imaginary. And I am sure that would be damaging to the eyes.
Lenskart is surely another fradulent online crap of a company, and should be immediately ordered for close-down.
