Lenovo Laptop Issue under warranty

I brough laptop Lenove think pad E503 model 9 month ago, i am facing multiple issue since i have bought.
I have compalint so many time but i coudn’t get resolution.
all are lenovo employee. forllowing are the name they always give me fack promices.

So now what i have to do???
