Name of company/service: lenovo laptop
This is in regard with the complaint of laptop to the lenovo. The complain no is 7005397464 and 7005371475. The solution is not provided till yet. The executive came day before yesterday and was not able to resolve the problem. He has not enough knowledge and reboot the system and started to install window 8. After several tries the installation failed and he told to us that the system was not compatible with windows 8. Instead windows 7 was working fine. We ask him to make sure to Lenovo care about that. After talking to the care he came to know that the system was ok and compatible with windows 8. But the installation could not be completed due to some error in between.
Then we ask the executive what to do in this situation. He told us that the motherboard has to be changed once again. Also he said that the motherboard might not be available in stock at the center. So it will take some time to replace the hardware. It may take a week also, he said.
But we are so frustrated with the service now. First thing is that the executive came without any equipment except windows 8 cds. If the complain was generated and the person does not have enough detail about the problem then how could he or you Lenovo has rights to spoil our time in such kind of things and situations. When I talk to the executive about the same that he should have bring the hardware along with him as the problem was described by mails also.
I asked to the executive to replace the laptop as it is in warranty. Due to much problems we have rights to make it replace. I want the laptop to replace anyhow.
I have tried to call on your customer care so many times regarding this but all is vain. I have three more Lenovo laptops in my family. But all three are working fine since last 3-4 years. But this time I am unable to get out of this one.
