Lenovo flex 10 laptop case, operating system issue first time, second time motherboard problem, third time display problem, and fourth time keypad is not working, even after all this from last 4 months the case is still pending..

THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE BEEN FACING FOR LAST FOUR MONTHS
01. The Operating System Got Corrupted With In 3 Days From The Date Of Purchase Of Flex 10 Laptop. The Engineer Somehow Fixed The Problem.
Date : 30 August 2014.
Engineer Visited : 04 September 2014.
Days In Delay : 4 Days ( 92 Hours From The Date Of Complaint)

02. Second Time The Laptop Was In Dead State, Noting Was Working In It.
We Again Lodge A Complaint Regarding The Issue, After General Checkup From Their Side The Finally Told There Is A Issue Regarding Motherboard. The Laptop Motherboard Was Found Faulty And Though The Laptop Was Not Starting Up.
Date Of Complaint : 05 November 2014.
Engineer Visited Date : 22 November 2014.
Days In Delay : 17 Days ( 408 Hours From The Date Of Complaint)

03. Finally The Engineer Came With A Motherboard And Installed That In Front Of Me.
Then When He Push The Power Button There Is A Issue Regarding Operating System. He Told You I.E. Me Have To Bring The Disk From Customer Care I.E. Talking From Lenovo Support Team They Will Send You Your Computer Disk With No Amount. The Engineer Name Is Mr. Lenovo Bharat And His Contact No Is. 7024108158
After Informing That To Me He Went Away Giving Me The Job Sheet Copy And Have Taken The Signature.
When I Again Talked To Lenovo Support Team 18004197555 They Given Me A New Shock Telling That They Will Not Provide Me Such Disk.
04. Finally There Is A Call In The Evening From Lenovo Asking Me That Weather My Case Is Resolved Or Not.
I Told The Full Matter To Them. They Told Me To Install Windows And After That They Will Take My Laptop On Remote Connection. I somehow manage to installed the operating system.
This Remote Connection Has Been Taken for The First Day He Have Done All The Necessary Steps To Resolve My Problem.
Second Day Again He Have Taken The Laptop On Remote And After Many Hours Of Checking And Troubleshooting Finally He Concluded That My Touch Screen Is Faulty. They will change the touch screen, and after placing a new touch screen i will be able to use the touch. After placing a new touch, after doing all necessary steps its still the same.

05. And Now Finally After Putting A New Touch Screen, Doing All Necessary Steps To Make The Laptop Working In A Fine Condition, The Touch Is Still Not Working.
THIS TIME I AM VERY MUCH SERIOUS ABOUT THE MATTER, I WANT A NEW DOA .
totally not satisfied from the type of services provided to me all the time, after giving me commitment of days and time again and again there is a no such service.
 I have called several time on 24th December 2014. talked to Mr. Sameer Kale (9049534652) , Mr. Vishnu, and Same time To Raipur team at that day I got a response from their side that the on 26th december 2014. up to 11 or 11.30 am Engineer will be on my place. I had a call from Miss. Neelam in the evening that same day, She committed that our enginner will be on your place in the Morning 11 or by 11.60 and will fix the issue.

 Today after calling again and again from morning to evening, waiting for the engineer to come on my place, I finally met an engineer who came at evening late at 04:08 PM. Still no solution i got from him too.

Last time motherboard was replaced in my laptop, This time Display has been replaced, There is a remaining two item left please don’t give me new excuse this time that “Sir, this time We going to Change your Hard drive May be your Touch will work, “After that, Oh! sir finally Ram, you have to again lodge a complaint regarding your “Ram”, This process will continue again and again and I have to waste my time again and again resolving the issue..
Since from the day of purchase most probably 15 to 20 days I have worked on it, rest all the day It Is Suffering From Some Or The Other Problem And Still It’s A Scrap For Me With No Use.
Sir try to understand the problem, My laptop has been opened again and again all the screws and the scratches will take place on opening again and again my laptop. This time, I only need is new laptop from your side and I don’t want any excuse regarding the issue.
