   My BTC ticket no: BTC36530
   No information regarding to my goodies (lenovo gifts).
   I had paid amount in the month of june.Almost 50 days completed still I didn’t got any information about my goodies.I called to care, they said that already dispatched on 7th August but I didn’t got any information from Lenovo or from courier service,even I called to the courier service they are asking tracking number and with out that they can’t give.So I called to the care and asked for tracking number,then they said “still we didn’t got” .I was shocked, what is this? U people already sent the goodies but how is it possible for not knowing the tracing number.So kindly solve this and send the tracking number to my mail(vardhan.rallapalli @gmail.com).I hope u will solve the problem and make the lenovo utmost….

   I have registered (BTC67184) for the offer after purchase of my Laptop model G5080 on 16.08.2015 and the requisite proof of purchase was submitted. I had received the acknowledgement email from lenovo on 17.08.2015. On 26.08.2015, i received an email from lenovo stating that that the copy of the invoice attached was not clear and in response the scanned copy of invoice was again send on 27.08.2015.
   After so many reminders to Lenovo, i have received an email today (08.09.2015) that my offer has expired due to pending documents.

   This is an unilateral and arbitrary action on the part of Lenovo causing injustice to the consumer who had bought the product taking into consideration of the offer.

   It is once again requested that Lenovo authorities to reconsider and provide me the products assured in their offer.

   I registered for the btc offer Btc32544 and was suppose to get a hardisk as I did the payment of rs 499. Its almost 4 months now no signs of the item. Also worst part the lenovo ppl. No one helps worst service. The phone is always buzy and no reply ever to any mail

   My btc code is btc51566.From last two months lenovo care repeating same thing we are dispached your goodies within two days but still i did not got my goodies. Every time they are comiting fake commitment. Please help me what should i do. I already paid money.

   BTC59808 MY BTC NUMBER I BOUGHT A LENOVO LAP BEFORE 3MONTHS I ALSO PAID MONEY FOR THAT BUT YOU DID NOT SEND MY GOODIES YET I HAVE NO ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THAT WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT

   My btc number-BTC 67691 I pay the 499 on 2sep but delivery is not yet what I can do right now.
