Legal notice received for MTS datacard payment where there is no due.

Dear Sir/Madam.
I Rama Krishna Panda, one of existing MTS customers. This was my MDN no 8453188808 and my account no was 213000033735. The problem I’m facing is I have received a legal notice from DISTRICT LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY, BANGALORE regarding payment of MTS bill dues.

Here i would like to inform you that the connection is already disconnected and there is no due to pay. I have all the necessary proofs with me regarding this. The customer care service is totally pathetic and after disconnection also I am receiving messages for payment. This is a kind of mental torture for me when every time I receive a message or notice for payment when there is no due at all.

Therefore I request you to take immediate necessary actions against it.
