Dear Sir,
We have applied for a leased line installation at 3 locations in Kolkata with Vodafone. We have completed all paperwork and paid cheque in advance of Rs. 3 lacs on 25th April for installation of leased line promised to us in 6-8 weeks. The condition was that we wanted all the 3 leased lines.
On 28th July Vodafone informs us that they have not yet got the permission for installing wiring in one of the locations which is a multi storied building and their responsibility to get the nessecary permissions. We have asked them time and again to either refund our money or arrange for this permission but we have no response from Vodafone. We would request you to please arrange for refund of our money alongwith interest for using our money for last 3 months.
