LEASE HOUSE

Location/place: BANGALORE

i am living in lease house, water charges are fixed as Rs.300/- and showed in Lease agreement also. Now the owner is demanding Rs.500/- if not paid the amount iam asked to vacate the house… if i vacate the house i have to bear and spend for “painting charges, new house broker charges and transportation charges”. Can i file a complaint against my House owner?
