Dear Sir
We purchased a Venus Company Water Heater of 25 litres on 30.12.2009. It started leaking in July 2013. We lodged a complaint in the service centre of Venus in Ghaziabad. They sent a technician who checked it & found that the tank of geyser is leaking. The tank is made of copper and it has a Warranty of 5 years Despite of so many calls to the service centre they are not responding. What they did is sent another boy who opened the geyser & said that they will take it tomorrow but nobody came untill now I filed the complaint in July last week, now it is September 9
I don’t know why are they doing like this. My complaint no. is CL 24205 by the name A.K. Kharbanda
