Leakage in flat since when i bought it

Name of company/service: Navlakha group

I am the owner of B-302 Tanishq Apt Kharadi,PUne-14. i am facing the problem of leakage in my Kitchen from past 4-5 years(from when i bought) and i called an engineer and he checked but
not able to detect the problem. i had informed to the Mr. Deepak Navlakha(Builder),Mr. Hardgude(Supervisor),verbally and in writing but no response from them.

Please do the needful.
