Leakage at Flat purchased

I had purchased a flat 3 years back in a complex named Madhav Sankalp built by Madhav Construction in Kalyan west khadakpada area i have been complaining about a leakage in my Bathroom since many months and it has not been addressed properly by the builder. There was some patch work done which was a temporary solution and the leakage keeps coming back. I have orally complained lot many times to the builders office and recently have also given Three written complaints to his office which is not attended by his office. Now the builder is in an hurry to handover the buildings to the society formed and i worry my complaint would not be addressed. In the first meeting after society had formed the builder had informed that he would look at the leakage problem which was a common problem across the complex with many flats having leakages. This was noted by the registrar as work not completed by the builder. Can you please help me with getting this done
