Respected Sir, 23rd september 2013 ko mene LAVA IRIS 402 mobile phone Rs.5200/ me ( hometown GIP Noida) se kharida tha, lekin 15 din bad hi is mobile me problem shuru kar di, tab se ab tak ye mobile lagbhag 12 bar service centre ja chuka hai, lekin ye sahi nahi ho paya, kabhi hang ho jata kabhi dead ho jata, har bar service centre executive 15 din ke liye mobile rakh lete hain ,is tarah kareeb is mobile ki 2 mahine ki garrantee service centre me hi nikal chuki hai. Purchase ke time is mobile ki memory ya RAM 512 MB thi, lekin service ke bad company ne ye memory200MB kar di hai, service centre is baat ko manne ko tyar nahi hai, due to this i am very frustated. Please help me.
