I had purchased a cable in LatestOne.com which is online shopping store. The product I purchased was used and not in working condition so immediately in the next minute I had tried to contact their customer support but the contact numbers they mentioned in their site was not working and so then I had wrote a mail to their support team ( LatestOne Support ) it is about weeks ago but they are responding with same reply multiple times, to whatever queries I may ask ( We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
we will assign a reverse pick up for taking the product back from you with in 7-8 days .
please inform us after pick up is done once from your side. )
This is what they were replying every time but they are resolving the issue and the care support was fake completely. I even went to the address they mentioned in their website but there is no such shopping store located at particular location they mentioned.
I had read reviews about their store in the web and found that their services were completely fake and they are cheating every customer.
