This is in reference to the payment made by me regarding the credit card no. 4375514576183007 for the month of March. The due date of payment was 26 April 2017, however I was out of station and was not aware of the due date since I didn’t received any email for the same. I made the payment on 31 March 2017. And have been charged late payment charges amounting to INR 729.
I had a discussion with Mr. Praveen and Ms. Aminisha on 18.04.2017 at around 2.00 PM for the waiver of such charges and they said that they will get the charges waived and will get back to me. However I am yet to receive any response for the same.
Request you to kindly waive off my charges at the earliest since I have a bonafide reason for the same. Also I have got the email id updated so that I don’t face such an issue in the future. Hope you will understand my misery and take necessary action.
