Name of company/service: Standard Charted Bank
I have Standard Charted Credit card and i was done online payment for card out standing on last day of due date which is 26 march but bank charges me 1500 rupees late fee charges and i got statement in which bank displaying the online payment date as same 26 march so why bank should be take charges if bank displaying the payment receipt within due date.
