I had booked ubislate&+ from the website www.ubislate.com through booking ID no. PM72EE7448BF in the month of February. When I called to its customercare no.18001802180 i was told if i paid in advance till March i would get my device in march. I posted a Cheque number
987593 of Rs2,999 of SBI BANK on 27 march from lucknow through speed post. My cheque was cleared on April 7 and i got a confirmation mail from DATA WIND on April 10 that
Dear Shobhit,
This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque/Demand Draft number
987593 of Rs2,999 of SBI BANK . Thank you for your payment. Your order is
in process, You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ approximately in six weeks . After six weeks i send an email on 2nd May to [email protected] for the query about my booking i received a further mail from DATA WIND on 25th May that
Dear Shobhit,
This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft
number 987593 of Rs2,999 of SBI. Thank you for your payment. Your order is
in process, the deliveries have been started. You will receive your UbiSlate
7+ within 1st June to 15th June.
But till now i did not get my device and if i call to its customer care no. it is told that i would get my device in July.
So i want your kind attention towards the inconvenience that i am facing from four months.
