Its been long time i been trying to reach ICICI bank customer care to log my complaint but never succeeded in reaching them. Problem started when i lost my wallet. Somehow I blocked my credit card. But since then i am trying to make payment for the due amount but new card was never delivered to me nor the details were communicated. I am unable to clear my dues since then and every month late payment charges are being added to my statement. Bank’s interface in very unfriendly and never connects with customer care. Late fee charges for all these months should be waived off. I will pay for the due amount but not the late payment charges as there is no proper communication and guidance from bank’s end.
