This is with regard to the late delivery of the service by our premium Shipment Agency: Indian Post.
A parcel(ER 776675775 IN) was dispatched from Barmer(Rajasthan, India) on July 31, 2012 through speed post containing Rakhis. According to the service commitments it was supposed to be delivered in nearly 3 days.
Their Portal is showing that it was delivered on 03/08/12 but postmen delivered it to us on 8/8/12.
Now the parcel is of no use to me as it has lost the purpose.
Complaint is about the laxity observed on the side of the Postmen in not delivering the post in time.
