Late Delivery and without receipt and weight issue

Location/place: New Delhi / Shakarpur

Name of company/service: Indane Gas Agency/ Customer No.-31906

My connection with OP Gas Agency, NIrman Vihar and my Customer no.-31906. I am facing issue from last 6-7 months. Gas is not delivering on time, even I have to follow up 4-5 times then they deliver the gas and some time without receipt. Due to urgency we have to keep the cylinder without receipt. They r not with weight machine also. Always suffer from less weight due to my cylinder last quickly.Please look into these issues on priority basis.
