Late attend of call and rude attitude by service person

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: IFB

On 9/5/10 I have purchased 1 Microwave Oven from Khosla Electronics Garia.The model is 20PG3S and it is having a 3 year warrantee on Magnetron and Cavity.

On 26/9/12 the problem started.The foods were not getting heated.Without wasting time I lodge a complain over phone in this number 18604255678.

27th gone ———no response.

On 28th afternoon when Icalled again I was told that service person had ringed you up but there was no response.Surprisingly I have given 2 mobile nos and 1 landline no and everytime there is sombody in my house.

On 29th again I called up in the afternoon and everytime the response came we are looking into the matter.

It is my fortune of my dead 14 forefathers that I got a call from service person and he attended the call in the evening.But sorry to say a corporate industry is also known for the behaviour of thier employees.

The person behaved rudely and said that call was given on 26th so it is not late to attend on 29th.

After that he declared after checking that one parts need to be replaced.When asked when he would replace it the response came whenever it will be available in company’s service centre.

I have been asked by many person before buying Washing Machine/MWO and everytime I recommended IFB which I think its my biggest ever mistake.

Now my question is what action should I take?Escalate the thing to the high officials/File a suit in Consumer’s Forum?
