Hi,
I am facing problem to get back my Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad U310) which is submitted for repair(part replacement) on 14th January 2016 in Reliance Service Center Bibwewadi (Co-Excel Enterprises) Pune.
It is still not been repaired by the service center and after taking this much of long time they are saying that lenovo is not having the part and they’ll give deprecation amount around 30% of laptop purchase value, which is very less from my laptop value and I have submitted my laptop In warranty and now they are creating problem with me.
Also the support center not responding properly.
I call every time for followup there is no update provided by them until I call them to ask about my laptop.
I am really frustrated and want my laptop repaired or full value of my laptop which was submitted in warranty.
Please help.
