Dear Sir/Madam
I Prakash Tikyani purchased a lenovo B-570 laptop from Bits and Bytes Jaipur, billed with name of my wife (Leena) on 20th feb 2012, but i have stucked in a problem of motherboard damage in 3 months only, so i am unable to work with my laptop, as i am a Sub Broker of India Nivesh Commodities Pvt. Ltd. I complained to Bits and Bytes, Jaipur and also to Lenovo service center, but did’nt got any fruitful response they are asking for 15-20 days to get my laptop motherboard replaced, I need my laptop very urgent as i am facing daily loss of 1500-2000 rs. I also asked them to give me another laptop till my laptop get repaired so that i could save my daily loss. but still unable to get any positive response already 6 days have passed.
please consider this mail as soon as possible
