Landline service barred

Location/place: Raipur, chhattisgarh

Name of company/service: Airtel landline

Dear sir,
My name is Vishnu prasad chaturvedi. i had taken a new airtel landline no two
months back its no is 0771-4011003.
last month my no got barred ,i thought it is due to pending bill, so i paid an
amount of Rs 144/-. But still My no did’nt got unbarred so i enquired at the
Nearest Airtel office at Krishna COmplex,Jail road, Raipur(where i paid my
bill).
They said they cant do anything about this and they asked me to go to Other
office cutting in short these are the issues i face
1.they told me that there was an outstanding amount of old no in my name the
no. was 07714047250. which i surrendered two years back, ok i agrred them i
paid the outstanding amount of Rs 510/-(attached the scanned of receipt).still
issue not resolved.
2.Then later on they told me a new story when i contacted the customer
care(Interaction Id-268698008 contact person -Suraj) that this the existing
no(i.e- 0771-4011003) has already an outstand amt of Rs 3000/- from previous
owner.now tell me what do i have to do with this.
3.When complaint about this to our local office they again told me a new story
that the agent who has taken my connection has not yet submitted the docs
related to my connection.

Dear sir, I am really frustrated with this whole drama.I am writing this mail
to you as a last op[tion left.
If my issue does not get heard here.
I will take this issue to consumer forum.
