Hi, my landline number 25358697 is not working since September 2012. I have registered so many complaints; however, nothing has been done. Every month they keep on billing me around Rs 1100.00 for no services. They refused to disconnect my services as well.When I triedto meet the higher authorities, they refused to meet me. MTNL is good for nothing. I request your help in this regards.
