I have been using bsnl broadband from 4 months, but from 2 months the broadband and landline are disconnecting 5 to 6 times per day..and then reconnecting by itself after 10 minutes…at the time of power cut..the phone doesn’t even works..
I complained about the problem at bsnl but to no use..they are saying that there is some battery problem from two months…
I’m requesting you to solve my problem as soon as possible
