I had send a diwali gift from Dtdc on 10-11-12, and confirm delivery on monday morning (12-11-12) and paid Rs 400 for the same , the consigment no – V09859803,i had written mail to [email protected],i am still waiting for revert from dtdc, surprised when i called them at 02233004444, they said sorry and confirmed delivery on monday evening, as there was lot of delivery for diwali, again when i reached them on monday evening at 7pm, they were sorry and confirmed to reach by 10pm on 12-11-12 and said there was delay in flight landing to lucknow, till now the diwali gift is not delivered, when i called the customer care on above number on 13-11-12 (diwali day), they said sorry, today is holiday and confirmed delivery on 14-11-12, To conclude, I have paid, what they asked for, they committed 3 times for delivery (Not delivered till now),I have explain entire story to different people every time (customer care), i have to reach them 4 times in a day, Rather i would have paid 200 extra and got the same delivered by Blue dart, The delivery has not value for me now, as reaching after the occasion doesn’t make any sense, please take necessary action.
