Lack of Responsibility

Airtel is our corporate connection. I also have a personal SIM issues by airtel. I had to do SIM swap to Micro SIM. I reached out to Mr Diwakar on Monday to perform a SIM swap. He said it shall be Done by 4 pm Monday (5th Nov.) Till today (7th Nov) 7.30 pm it was not done. At 7.30 pm my current SIM got deactivated. and i don’t have possession of New replacement SIM. i called Diwakar of Aitel and requested him to understand my situation of not having a active SIM as it is loss of business for me. He tad he shall send it by 9 then by 10 and i am awake till 12 midnight and now he says he shall give it by 10 am tomm. What surprises is how they can deactivate SIM with out ensuring that they have handed over the replacement SIM and no sense of accountability and responsibility of pain and loss of business we incur in today MOBILITY world when your SIM is deactivated. I request to review this. I have all SMS and mail conversation with the Airtel Person.
