i am an mba student and i bought an internet dongle of reliance last year in september but after 1 or 2 months the services were not good. i called customer service so many times and they told me that some construction is going on. i called them so many times but the problems were not sorted out for more then 3 months .then i called them to terminate my connection but they again promise to give the services back and changed my service plan.after few days they changed my plan but the problem was still there.so i didnt pay the bill because i was before i was paying the bill without using the services as they promised so i told them to give me the services then only i will pay but after few days they terminate my connection without giving me any information.
after this they called me to pay my due bill but i asked them to solve my problem then only i will pay but after a time they called me n used abusive words and and gave me threaten me to pay the bill or else they will file a complaint against me in the court.
please help me
