I ordered a prince ware 58 summer storage bonanza of 1,999 through home shop 18 a few days before..on T.V it was shown that the product is made up of engineering plastic and can be used in microwave too.
But after delivery of the product we found the material of the storage box very cheap.
it is such that can be teared by hand.
we found one of its box damaged.
as we contacted the company ..we were assured that it will be replaced by a new one…we waited for 10 days and a new box was delivered which was damaged more than the previous one..we kindly request to the forum to take action against the company..
and i also request the public reading my complain not buy any product or services by watching it on tv or online.
