I am very disappointed with the service of asus. I have purchased a LCD Monitor from neru place 19,September 2009 with MODEL NO IS VH192,AND S/N NO IS 97LMIZ011837,AND P/N NO IS 90LM74101500002C- AND PRODUCT CODE IS LP18468. now the monitor has some problem. so i contented to shopkeeper but they said contact to assus service center.so i had contented to assus service center many times. MY COMPLAINT NO IS DLA60262.MY BILL NO IS but They have not given any respond yet.they have not send any service engineer to repair my monitor yet.please solve my problem as soon as.
