Kotak bank Overdue Interest Due in the middle of personal loan tenure without intimation

I have a personal loan with kotak and i am paying my EMIs promptly. on 10th October morning i received an email saying i have a Overdue Interest Due outstanding amount on my personal loan for 15 Rs. And they mentioned that the bank had sent me a lot of reminders. But i never received any email or call from their team. They added those 15 rs a as lien on my savings account. I have contacted my relationship manager and account manager of loans. They are asking me to contact customer support without providing any minimum information. While taking loans and credit cards they talk very pleasingly, but when the customer really needs them, they disappear.
