KORYO TV Service issue

Hi,

This is regarding a KORYO TV (KLE5523BV11), which I was purchased on 10th Jan 2012. After 8 months I am facing issues with the product. Now it’s not working. I have logged a call with Korya service center on 21th Aug 2012; however the TV has not been repaired yet. I have contacted service center so many time however they informed me that they are awaiting for a part which need to replace.

I would request you to please take an immediate action on the same.
