A (Koryo Company) Pedestal Fan was purchased by me from big Bazar Indirapuram Ghaziabad, UP on dated 14.04.2011 with bill no. T30/5281 an amounting Rs. 1699. The fan(Serial No. AOKPF46PA10K 1751, Model No. KPF – 46P) was running smoothly. Yesterday there was some problem in my Fan. I contacted customer care on Toll free number 18004257722. After telephonic discussion with call center executive they provide me a service center address with contact number. The Address was Balajee Traders, B – 44, Sector – 64, Noida, UP. Ph No. 0120-4374200. I went to service center for repair the above mentioned fan on 08.06.2014. While discussion with Balajee traders officer they told me that the motor is not working. The cost of Motor will be approx Rs. 1300/-. The Fan is still kept with Bala jee traders.
I just want to know that the cost given by balajee traders is Ok or not. If it is Ok then I want to know that the cost of Fan is Rs. 1699/ only and the motor cost is Rs. 1300 and Rs. 150/ service charge. I don’t know how it is possible. Please suggest me what I have to do with fan. A person which has some wisdom will never repair the fan with cost of Rs. 1450/-
